They removed a couple of toe-kicks and set up equipment first day. A couple days later Jake and Steve came back to check how the drying process was going. I was very fortunate because all the drywall and flooring was able to dry."

"I have used Kade four times now. I have an older house and it's had issues over the years. Kevin is just amazing and he has been every time I have used Kade! Every company wishes it had an employee as dynamic as Kevin. I just had a total house remodel. One of the drain pipes that passed rough plumbing inspection failed a few months later after a full kitchen remodel. I had to have my shear wall torn out and rebuilt including all of my brand new built in kitchen appliances and custom cabinets. Kevin consulted a structural engineer, then coordinated with my contractor to brace the studs, pull the cabinets and appliances out, then demoed the wet area, scrubbed it and dried it. My contractor was able to reinstall the brand new kitchen and you can't tell anything happened. Kevin is super responsive, proactive and just an all around great guy. "A hot water pipe leak in our kitchen, followed by a subpar restoration attempt by Servpro, caused us to seek mold inspection/testing, which showed evidence of mold. We requested mold remediation quotes from 4 different companies. Kade was actually the highest priced quote, but Kade also had the most thorough explanation & detailed remediation plan - it was evident that they knew what they were doing. When it comes to making sure your home is returned to a safe living space, the cheapest option isn't always the best. We are so happy we went with Kade! They were very friendly, professional, always on-time, and clean. I hope we never need restoration services again in the future, but if we do I would definitely call Kade right away!
